These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from SUPPATHLET. By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility and age
The products sold here are food supplements intended for adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.
3. Health disclaimer
Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or by any equivalent regulator. The products sold here are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, and particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are under medical supervision. Follow the directions printed on the product packaging. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
4. Product information
We publish the product facts printed on the packaging. Where we have not been given a verified figure, we leave it out rather than estimate it. The packaging in your hands is the authoritative source for ingredients, nutrition information, allergens, directions and dates — read it before use.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary between screens, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or formulation without notice. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, it is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Allergens
Whey protein isolate is derived from milk. Check the allergen statement on the pack before use. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, read the full ingredients list on the packaging and consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order placed through this store is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, if we cannot lawfully ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
We may limit or refuse quantities that appear to be for resale or that are placed by dealers or distributors, at our discretion.
7. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Shipping charges and any taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection; we do not store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at ansenzin@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to infringe anyone’s rights. We may terminate your access for breach of these terms.
11. Reviews and submissions
If you send us comments, suggestions or a product review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with the store. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We may edit for length or clarity, or decline to publish content that is unlawful, abusive, or makes health claims we cannot substantiate. We do not publish incentivized reviews as though they were unpaid.
12. Intellectual property
The SUPPATHLET name, the content of this store, its text, design, graphics and code are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party brand names and packaging shown anywhere on this store remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

This store may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The store and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the store.
